calx.io is a set of Australian financial calculators. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Your salary figure, tax settings, and calculation results are never sent to our servers, never saved to any database, and never associated with any user.
We do not require accounts, logins, or any personal information to use the calculators.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This service collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users.
We do not track, log, or analyse any salary figures or tax calculation inputs through analytics. The analytics data we collect relates only to general site usage patterns.
calx.io uses cookies for analytics as described above. The calculators themselves do not use cookies. So you can pick up where you left off, your working inputs are saved in your own browser's local storage, on your device only. That data never leaves your browser, and you can clear it at any time with each calculator's reset button or through your browser settings.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect the calculator's functionality.
To be explicit: we do not collect, store, or have access to your salary, income details, tax settings, superannuation details, HECS/HELP status, novated lease details, or any other financial information you enter into the calculators. This data exists only in your browser on your device and is never transmitted to us.
