calx.io is an Australian pay calculator. All tax calculations are processed in your browser or in server memory and are never stored, logged, or associated with any user. Your salary figure, tax settings, and calculation results are never saved to any database or file system.
We do not require accounts, logins, or any personal information to use the calculator.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This service collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique users.
We do not track, log, or analyse any salary figures or tax calculation inputs through analytics. The analytics data we collect relates only to general site usage patterns.
calx.io may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies to serve personalised advertisements based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google Ads settings at adssettings.google.com.
calx.io uses cookies for analytics and advertising as described above. The calculator itself does not use cookies — your calculation inputs and results are not stored in cookies or any other persistent storage mechanism.

To be explicit: we do not collect, store, or have access to your salary, income details, tax settings, superannuation details, HECS/HELP status, novated lease details, or any other financial information you enter into the calculator. This data exists only in your browser session or transiently in server memory during calculation, and is discarded immediately after use.
